Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
At QURBY, we stand behind the quality of every smart NFC card and stand we deliver.
1. Order Cancellation Before Printing or Dispatch
You may cancel or modify your order at no cost before custom printing begins or before the parcel is handed over to the courier.
2. Non-Customized Ready Cards (Quick Cards)
Standard non-personalized cards may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery provided they remain unused and in their original packaging.
3. Custom-Printed Cards & Stands
Items custom-printed with your name, brand logo, or bespoke artwork after your design approval are non-refundable for change of mind, but we will replace them free of charge or issue a full refund if the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defective NFC chip or QR code.
4. Digital Cards & Trials
Your Core Digital Card is Free Forever (0 EGP), and the 30-day brand feature trial requires no payment card and never auto-charges.
